- 1 cup (220 ml) soy yoghurt
- 1,5 tsp mint sauce
- Lime juice and salt to taste
- Mix the soy yoghurt and mint sauce together in a small bowl. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Let set for 1 hour in the fridge.
- You can use the raita straight away, but I recommend to let it set for some time for a better flavour.
- Works perfectly with sweet and savoury curry dishes.
