Ingredients
  1. 1 cup (220 ml) soy yoghurt
  2. 1,5 tsp mint sauce
  3. Lime juice and salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix the soy yoghurt and mint sauce together in a small bowl. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
  2. Let set for 1 hour in the fridge.
  3. Voila!
Notes
  1. You can use the raita straight away, but I recommend to let it set for some time for a better flavour.
  2. Works perfectly with sweet and savoury curry dishes.
